As part of our expanding Fiesta ST180 product range, AIRTEC Motorsport is proud to launch our Stage 1 intercooler upgrade suitable for track or fast road use.
In order to ensure there is no noticeable loss in performance during extended periods of hard driving, we have developed a larger, freer-flowing intercooler that is a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM item.

Fast Ford magazine intercooler test – measured in degrees C
Standard intercooler:
Run 1 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 140 – out of intercooler into engine 85
Run 2 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 131 – out of intercooler into engine 92
Run 3 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 140 – out of intercooler into engine 97

Run 1 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 140 – out of intercooler into engine 31
Run 2 Intake temp turbo into intercooler 150 – out of intercooler into engine 38
